Server Log Files
The server log files are anonymous data that are recorded when you access our website. This information does not allow any conclusions about you personally, but for technical reasons it is indispensable for the delivery and presentation of our content. Furthermore, they serve our statistics and the continuous optimisation of our contents. Typical log files are the date and time of access, the amount of data, the browser used for access and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of the provider you have commissioned, the page from which you came to our offer (referrer URL) and your IP address. Log files also enable us to carry out a precise check if there is any suspicion of illegal use of our website.

Collection of access data
The delivery and presentation of the content via our website technically requires the collection of certain data. When you access our website, these so-called server log files are recorded by us or the provider of the web space. These log files do not allow any conclusions about you and your person. The corresponding information consists of the name of the website, the file, the current date, the amount of data, the web browser and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet provider, the referrer URL as the site from which you have switched to our site, and the corresponding IP address. We use this data for the presentation and delivery of our contents as well as for statistical purposes. The information supports the provision and continuous improvement of our offer. We also reserve the right to subsequently check the data mentioned should there be any suspicion of illegal use of our offer.

Personal data
We collect personal data within the framework of data avoidance and data economy only to the extent and for as long as it is necessary to use our website or is required by law. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and adhere strictly to the relevant legal regulations and this privacy policy when collecting and processing personal data. If the purpose of the data collection ceases to apply or if the end of the legal storage period has been reached, the collected data will be blocked or deleted. Our website can be used regularly without passing on personal data. If we collect personal data - such as your name, your address or your e-mail address - this data collection is voluntary. These data will not be made available to third parties without your explicit consent. Please note that data on the Internet is generally not always transmitted securely. Particularly in e-mail traffic, protection cannot be guaranteed when exchanging data.

Contradiction advertising e-mails
Within the scope of the legal imprint obligation we have to publish our contact data. This data is partly used by third parties to send unwanted advertising and information. We hereby object to any sending of advertising material of any kind not expressly authorized by us. Furthermore, we expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the unwanted and unsolicited sending of advertising material. This applies in particular to so-called spam e-mails, spam letters and spam faxes. We would like to point out that the unauthorised transmission of advertising material can affect competition law, civil law and criminal law. Spam e-mails and spam faxes in particular can lead to high claims for damages if they disrupt business operations by overcrowding mailboxes or fax machines.

Privacy policy for the use of Facebook plugins (Like-Button)
Our pages integrate plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like Button" ("Like") on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like-Button" while you are logged in to your Facebook account, you can link the contents of our Pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to our Pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the Pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find further information on this in the facebook privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign visits to our pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Adsense
This website uses Google AdSense, a service for the integration of advertisements from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called "cookies", text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website. Google AdSense also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). Through these web beacons, information such as visitor traffic on these pages can be evaluated. The information generated by cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP address) and delivery of advertising formats are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. This information may be passed on by Google to contractual partners of Google. However, Google will not merge your IP address with other data stored by you. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purpose described above.

Google AdWords
We use Google AdWords, an online advertising program from Google Inc. on our website, which also uses conversion tracking. With this tool, Google AdWords sets a cookie on your PC when you come to our website via a Google advertisement. The cookie is no longer valid after 30 days. It is not for personal traceability. If you visit our website as a user and the cookie is still working, we will be able to see, together with Google, that you have clicked on the relevant ad and been redirected to our site. Each Google AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of our AdWords customers. Conversion statistics for AdWords customers are generated from the data collected by conversion cookies. We, as customers, can see the total number of users who responded to our ad and were then redirected to a website that was tagged with a conversion tracking tag. We do not receive any information during this process that could personally identify you as a user. If you choose to opt-out of tracking, you can disable the Google conversion tracking cookie on your web browser. If necessary, please use the help function of your browser for further information. For more information about Google's privacy policy, please visit http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

Privacy policy for the use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before this happens. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you agree to the processing of the data collected about you by Google in the manner described above and for the aforementioned purpose.

Privacy policy for the use of Google +1
Use the Google +1 button to publish information worldwide. The Google +1 button allows you and others to receive personalized content from Google and its partners. Google stores both the information that you gave for a +1 content and information about the page you viewed when you clicked on +1. Your +1 may be displayed as clues along with your profile name and photo in Google services, such as in search results or on your Google profile, or in other locations on websites and ads on the web. Google records information about your +1 activity in order to improve the Google services for you and others. In order to use the Google +1 button, you must have a public Google profile that is visible worldwide and must contain at least the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. In some cases, this name may also replace another name that you used when sharing content through your Google Account.
